Fulfillment Method
All products are fulfilled directly by our Shopify Collective suppliers (dropship model). Nothing ships from Grim Bloom's own location. Your order is sourced, packed, and shipped by the respective supplier partner.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated by our suppliers at checkout. Standard and Express shipping options vary by supplier and product. Available shipping options and rates for your specific order will be displayed at checkout.
Estimated Delivery Timelines
- Standard Shipping (US): 3-7 business days
- Express Shipping (US): 1-3 business days
- International Shipping: 7-21 business days depending on supplier location and customs processing
All delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once products are transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.
Multiple Packages
If your order contains products from multiple suppliers, your order may arrive in separate packages from different suppliers at different times. You may receive multiple tracking numbers for a single order.
Tracking
Tracking information will be provided via email when available from the supplier. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details if tracking is available.
